Maya City
The outdoor exhibition of Film Archive contains famous buildings, both in Thai and international film histories. Those buildings include Grand Café in Paris that hosted the very first movie screening, the world’s earliest movie theatres “Nickelodeon” in New York City, and Prince Alangkarn Theatre, the place where first movie screening in Siam took place during the period of King Rama V.

With the help of Pawas Sawatchaiyamet, who has done production designs for Last Life in the Universe, The Siam Renaissance, and October Sonata, visitors will get to appreciate the beauty of real setting  here while experiencing the behind-the-scene process of production design, another milestone in film making.
